Fundació FERO Fundraising dinner at the MNAC

On Monday 14th May, Jubany Events once more collaborated with the Fero Cancer Research Foundation (presided over by Dr. Josep Baselga), by supplying the dinner service for the 800 guests who attended the charity dinner.

During the event, held in the oval room of the MNAC, the XIVth edition of the Fero Scholarship was awarded to two researchers, one from the Vall d'Hebron Institute of Oncology and the other from the Neurosciences Institute of Oncology in Alicante.

Jubany Events prepared a number of aperitifs in the lobby consisting of: gazpacho pearls, the best olives in the world, cone-parmesan foam pizza, prawn mochi, rabbit dumplings and thousand potato layers and veal steak tartar. A Balfegó tuna tartar on Japanese rice and a beef filet “Paris café” style was served at the table.

The menu finished with a sphere of coconut and mango in its sorbet.
