Eight-hand dinner for People in Red Gala

Jubany, Jubany Events, Sida, gala benéfica

The Fighting against Aids Foundation celebrated the People in Red Gala on Monday, 19th November, a charity event which raised €720,179 towards research into the disease.

The gala was hosted in MNAC and included humour, live music and all kinds of surprises, as well as a dinner for the 820 guests. Nandu Jubany directed the dinner in a gastronomic experience working hand in hand with chefs Carles Abellán, Carles Gaig and Hideki Matsuhisa.

Among the dishes were classic proposals of Jubany's signature cuisine such as 'the best olives in the world', 'well-bred beef tartar', 'potato gnochi with prawns and Iberian broth', 'steamed hake seasoned with its pil-pil' or 'Jubany’s mini-babá with rum'.
