Seat presented its Cupra sports brand in Barcelona from November 19th to 22nd. The chosen venue was the mythical Mies van del Rohe Pavilion, in Montjuïc, where guests discovered the new range and its first model, the Cupra TCR.
The Jubany Events’ team prepared and served the gastronomic dishes for both presentations consisting of two cocktail menu proposals, which adapted to the schedules and the environments. On Thursday 22nd, coinciding with the official presentation of the range, Nandu Jubany held a Master Class of Showcooking.
Among the dishes and tapas, were classic proposals of Jubany's cuisine signature such as 'the best olives in the world', the 'crunchy air-baguette with Iberian ham', the 'caramelised fig cake and foie gras mi-cuit' or the 'mini-babá with rum flambéed at the moment'.
