The International Truffle congress inaugural dinner

This last Friday, Jubany Events team was responsible for the inaugural dinner for authorities and professionals at the International Truffle congress, the Trufforum, which took place in Vic for the first time.

The inaugural dinner was held at the Sucre fairgrounds for 120 guests. With the truffle as a starring guest, we catered dishes such as: homemade truffle butter with brioche bread; sea urchins with truffle, steak tartar with truffle; free range chicken with truffle and steamed peas and simmered egg with truffle. The dessert part was an experience of "Let's go truffle hunting", an experience that left the guest feel like an authentic truffle seeker!.
