As it could not be otherwise, Jubany Events was present at the Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week, participating beside fashion designer Rosa Clarà in her cocktail-dinner held on April 25th at Llotja de Barcelona.
At midday, Clarà triumphed with her new collection that can be viewed here. And, in the evening, she wished to share her success with a dinner for 600 guests.
Jubany Events prepared around forty different suggestions in various fields: appetizers, cheese table, speciality show-cooking, grill and desserts.
The appetizers served included the best olives in the world, the tuna tartar with crispy nori seaweed, the filipino foie gras with pecan nut or the gorgonzola and prune river pebbles, among others.
At the show-cooking quail eggs with sobrasada migas and prawn takoyaki were prepared. And on the grill, veal stew brioche and Iberian ham and truffled mozzarella sandwich.
