On August 30th, we accompanied Cristina and Carlos in their special day at Castell Sant Marçal in Cerdanyola del Vallès.
In the company of 250 guests, the bride and groom said I DO in the Sagrada Familia crypt. The appetizer was served in the lower part of the castle and the dinner outside, surrounded by the majestic gardens of Sant Marçal.
The meal started with the Can Jubany appetizer alongside a buffet of dry rice with sea cucumber to stimulate the taste buds; followed by king prawns cold soup and baby Raf tomatoes with guacamole and, then, grillé veal steak with Virgin olive oil and salt flower.
Finally, we served a dessert made up of our chocolate galaxy, frozen lime and lemon and cheesecake with Nutella Yin-Yang.
