A wedding with gastronomic surprises at Penelles

On August 31st, we accompanied Judit and Edu in a beautiful wedding at Castell del Remei in Linyola. We prepared a gastronomic offer for almost 300 guests, which started off with a buffet of dry rice with sea cucumber and a buffet of Joselito ham, among others. The first course consisted of king prawns cold soup and baby Raf tomatoes with guacamole. The main course and the deserts came with a surprise: we presented the roasted Iberian piglet in one piece, and for dessert we displayed the cake with a giant chocolate sphere.
