On September 14th, we were by Jessica and Jordi’s side in their magical, beautiful and original wedding at Hivernacle Barceló, in Begues, Baix Llobregat.
We prepared a gastronomic offer for 200 guests that started with Nandu’s Selected appetiser. After that, we served scallops, pumpkin gnocchi, Iberian ham and black truffle oil. As a main course, we presented grilled veal steak with olive oil and salt blossom. The sweet touch was a croquant chocolate hazelnut, and yogurt and mango sphere.
