This Wednesday we have been at Alimentaria, an international trade fair of renown for professionals in the sector of food, beverages and food service, which is held at the Feria de Barcelona.
With Nandu we have carried out a very special gastronomic workshop "Catering in haute cuisine", a representation of some of the most emblematic appetizers that we offer in the Jubany Events caterings.
We have made a recreation of some of the best appetizers of these 20 years such as "the best olives in the world" or the "New York Times Beef Steak Tartar". It has been a pleasure to share this experience with all of you!!
