10th Anniversary Dinner at the Hermitage Hotel
The Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa in Soldeu (Andorra) marked its 10th anniversary on Tuesday 30th January with a dinner prepared by 8 chefs with a total of 10 Michelin stars: Albert Adrià, from Pakta, Tickets i Hojasanta; Albert Raurich, from Dos Palillos; Joan Bosch, from Can Bosch; Marc Gascons, from Els Tinars; Fran López, from Xerta; Toni Sala, from the Fonda Sala, and two of the chefs with a restaurant in the hotel (Koy Hermitage and Origen, respectively), Hideku Matsuhisa, from the Koy Shunka, and Nandu Jubany, from Can Jubany. During the dinner ten dishes were served (one for each year of the hotel). Guests not only had the chance to taste the proposals of each chef but also to see them work live. Nandu Jubany is the manager and coordinator of all the restaurants at the Hermitage, including Origen, the restaurant that transfers the gastronomic proposal from Can Jubany to Andorra.
