Charity dinner for Cardiodreams

The Cardiodreams Foundation held its annual charity dinner on Thursday 31st May at the Llotja de Mar with more than 200 guests. The dinner was prepared and served by Jubany Events with a proposal faithful to the signature cuisine of Nandu Jubany. During the appetiser, some of Jubany's referential cocktail dishes were served, such as 'the best olives in the world', or the 'crispy Iberian ham air-baguette'. At the table, 'traditional roasted free-range chicken cannelloni' and `baked hake with vegetables' were served, and for dessert a 'cheesecake sphere and red fruits'.
