The Jubany Events team were at
the Arcadi Foundation for La Nit Bufona, the charity gala to raise funds for cystic fibrosis research, which was held on November 14th at Mas Marroch.
The 430 guests who attended the gala were able to savour a menu prepared by Jubany Events and El Celler de Can Roca.
Jubany Events prepared a gastronomic offer that began with appetisers and live speciality showcooking.
At the table, we served eggs from happy hens with autumn mushrooms and tartufo. We finished with the frozen lemon lime and Cheescake and Nutella Yin-Yang.
