Jubany Events were present at one of the most popular media events in the country,
the Gala People in Red, which was held on November 18th at the Sant Jordi Club in Barcelona.
The Jubany Events team prepared a gastronomic offer for the 900 people who attended the gala.
The attendees were able to savour the Jubany Events’ appetiser with dishes such as white shrimp tartar with crunchy nori seaweed and Iranian caviar and Foie Starfish. At the table, we served eggs from happy hens with autumn mushrooms and "tartufo d'alba" and the free-range chicken with crayfish and nuts.
This year, as a novelty, Jordi Roca from Celler de Can Roca, was responsible for preparing the desserts.
In total, almost one million euros were collected which will be dedicated to the investigation of the AIDS virus and related diseases.
The purpose of the gala is to collect donations for the AIDS Fighting Foundation, led by Dr. Bonaventura Clotet, which is a worldwide benchmark in AIDS research, as well as that of aging and cancer.
For years, Jubany Events has supported Dr. Clotet in this gala, in the framework of their collaborative actions in social causes.
