Opening of Sarsa's new headquarters in Terrassa

On July 10th, we were at the inauguration of the magnificent new headquarters of Sarsa in Terrassa. With 17,000 m2, the Flagship Store of Movento Group gathers all the brands of the Volskwagen Group in a single location. The event was attended by 800 people, for whom we prepared a dynamic menu in different areas of the premises. In the Volkswagen and Seat area, we served an aperitif; several themed buffets (cheeses, smoked products, cold meats with “coca” bread, oysters, rice) and 3 showcookings of specialties (quail eggs with “sobrasada” and blini with sour cream and salmon caviar).We transformed the Skoda area into the dessert area with various showcookings (milkshakes, waffles, mini lemon pie, sugar with strawberry and pineapple, etc.). There was also a bar with a special selection of Gin and tonics.
