'Sopar de l’Any' 2017

The Català de l’Any (Catalan of the Year) 2017 award took place at the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya on 29th May, along with the ‘Sopar de l’Any’ (Dinner of the Year). This is the gastronomic offering of a dozen chefs, with a combined total of 27 Michelin stars. The Jubany Events team took part in the preparation and service of one of the 11 tapas for the 700 guests at the event: the mille-feuille of potato with steak tartare.
