Jubany Event's team and Nandu Jubany led the entire gastronomic part of the 2017 edition of the People in Red charity party. The event was held at the Palau Reial de Pedralbes in Barcelona this November, to raise money for the fight against AIDS.
This year, for the first time, the chefs Carles Gaig, Carles Abellán and Hideki Matsuhisa participated in the event. All of them, together with Nandu and Jubany Events's team, designed a special menu conceived in red to satisfy the 600 guests.
The charity event was able to raise € 464,959 for the fight against AIDS.
