On July 18th, the Volkswagen event, organised by
Equipo Singular was held in
El Serrat del Figaró, one of our celebration venues.
We prepared a gastronomic offer for 100 people with an aperitif for standing guests with dishes such as vermouth pearls or New York Times steak tartar and a showcooking of specialties with quail eggs with “sobrasada” and prawns Takoyaki.
At the table, we served prawn cold soup with baby Raf tomatoes, guacamole and roast beef on “coca” bread with sweet onions and boletus.
For dessert, there was a banana split, iced lemon lime and cheesecake and Nutella Yin-Yang.
