We bring the gastronomic proposal of the chef Nandu Jubany to events for the Jewish community following the Kosher guidelines of Kashrut. We bring the flavors and personality of Jubany to celebrations such as Bar Mitzvah, Bat Mitzvah, or Brit Milah. The selection of meats and fish for the celebration is restricted to Kosher proposals, and it is ensured that their prior slaughter in the case of mammals and birds is Shechita. All ingredients and utensils used also comply with the indications to eliminate the presence of any non-Kosher food. We offer three spaces with different personalities, just 1 hour away from Barcelona and Girona.
